Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
1. Identify screening recommendations for CKD in people with diabetes
2. Describe health behaviours and new therapies to prevent progression of diabetic nephropathy toward end stage kidney disease
3. Integrate new Diabetes Canada recommendations into routine practice
To provide the learner with an experience close to a live session with other participants the Learning Series @Home continuing professional development modules have been developed from actual synchronous meetings with participants, live online, or in-person.
